These terms cover your use of Widget-net, an iOS app published by Obelisk Teknoloji. By using the app you agree to them. Your licence to use the app itself is granted under Apple's standard End User License Agreement; these terms sit alongside it and cover how the service works.
Widget-net is for personal, non-commercial use. You need to be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what you share and for keeping access to your device secure — anyone who can unlock your phone can open your connections.
What you create in Widget-net stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content and deliver it to the people in your connection, and to display it in your widgets. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to advertise.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Premium unlocks unlimited widgets on every connection, all game, quiz and question packs, groups of up to 12 friends, and full-quality gallery photos.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any free trial ends if you buy a subscription during it. Prices, subscription length and included content are shown in the app before you purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Obelisk Teknoloji is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Widget-net, at info@obeliskteknoloji.com.
We work to keep Widget-net running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and we may stop offering the service. Widget-net is not a backup service — keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Obelisk Teknoloji is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
You can stop using Widget-net at any time by deleting the app, and you can delete your account from within the app or by writing to us.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting consumer protections you have where you live.
